SusieSusie Gerhartz: Supervisor and Safeguarding Lead; Paediatric First Aider.

I have a B Ed (Hons) and have worked at the pre-school since 2006. I have one teenage daughter. My favourite things at Harpsden are our outdoor mud kitchen and watching the children operate the hoses when the Henley Fire Engine comes to visit!

LibbyLibby Johnson Deputy Supervisor; Paediatric First Aider.

I have a PGCE in primary education and am enjoying working full time at the pre-school after starting last year. I have two children, a son of 16 and a daughter who is 19. My favourite activity so far was watching the children’s reaction to the animals that came to visit us recently.

HelenAlix Tong: Pre-School Assistant; Paediatric First Aider.

I am NVQ level 3 qualified and have been at Harpsden since May 2013. I have five years’ experience in other settings. I have a teenage daughter and a son who has just reached his twenties (!). I love nurturing the budding artists in creative activities and discovering the woods with the next generation of intrepid explorers.

I am NVQ Level 3 qualified and have worked in settings in Henley for a number of years. I started at Harpsden in April 2016. I have two primary school age children, a boy & a girl who love playing sport. I enjoy the great outdoors at Harpsden, I love to watch the children as they run outside in the field. Reading to the children is one of my favourite activities along with lunch – listening to their social chat makes my day!

I am NVQ Level 3 qualified and have worked in childcare for several years. I have twin daughters aged 11. I love supporting the children on their journey through pre-school in preparation for their transition to primary school. My funniest moments at Harpsden are joining in with music and movement with children and peers alike!

I have three daughters (two at primary and one at secondary school) and a wealth of experience from pre-school committees and the school PTA. My favourite things at Harpsden are the lovely rural setting and the friendly staff!
