Pre-School Quiz Night

The hotly contested Harpsden Quiz Night is a fantastic evening, both in terms of fundraising and entertainment!

Wheelie Challenge for Red Nose Day

We had an exciting Wheelie Challenge where all children completed a challenge on a scooter, ride-on, tricycle or other conveyance of their choice to raise money for Red Nose Day.

Living Eggs at St Mary’s School

St Mary’s school invited the children from Harpsden Pre- School to come and visit some newly hatched chicks.

Parenting Talk by Hester Bancroft : “Sound Self-Esteem – The Greatest Gift We Can Give Our Children”

Hester Bancroft, a well known motivational speaker and child psychologist with extensive experience in her field, delivered a talk covering all aspects of self-esteem from exactly what it is to why it is so crucial to children’s healthy social, academic and emotional development.

First Aid Course 

Another opportunity for parents and carers to learn new first aid skills or refresh old ones with a qualified nurse.

Henley Fire Engine Visit 

A visit from the Henley Fire Engine and crew – a very popular visit with the children!

Owen’s Animals 

The children were introduced to a hedgehog, gecko, stick insects, a tortoise and giant snails (to name but a few!)
