Policies and Procedures (cont)

A Few Golden Rules
We wish to maintain a happy, loving and caring environment for all our children and have a few key rules:

* We speak to each other kindly
* We touch each other gently
* We listen to each other
* We walk in the Hall when toys are out
* We look after our toys and equipment
* We share our toys, books and equipment

If a problem does arise, parents will be contacted and the matter discussed.
No corporal punishment of any kind is used by any member of staff or helper.

It helps if parents inform the staff of any changes to family circumstances which may affect a child’s behaviour, so that allowances can be made and there is better understanding all around. We value the 2-way system of communication between staff and parents and it helps us to best meet your child's needs. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any child who does not comply with these requirements.

Complaints Procedure
If you are unhappy about any aspect of the Pre-School, please contact the Pre-School supervisor or chairperson.  We hope that parents will be able to discuss anything with us, no matter how large or small it may seem.
