Government Nursery Vouchers
All
children are eligible for government nursery vouchers from the term
following their third birthday. Funding may be claimed for a maximum of
15 hours per week across their pre-school education, for between 2.5 and 6 hours per day, in
half-hour increments.
Where these nursery vouchers are claimed for sessions at
Harpsden, parents will be expected to make a contribution to the
pre-school to cover the shortfall between the amount of Government
funding received and the actual running costs of the pre-school.
For further
information on the changes to Nursery Education Funding (from September
2010) please see the Oxfordshire County Council
FAQs
Payment of Invoices
Fees are payable termly in advance. A late
payment penalty may be applicable where invoices remain unpaid beyond
their due date.
Acceptance
of our terms for joining the Pre-School includes your liability for the
fees. We try to keep our fees as low as possible.
If you have difficulty paying the fees please discuss the matter
in confidence with the Treasurer. For non-attendance, fees are not refundable unless there are
extenuating circumstances. When your child is due to leave the
Pre-School, we require six weeks' written notice. |
